5. Non-Returnable Items

We currently do not offer refunds for returned products. Instead, if your return is approved:

7. Return Shipping Costs
If the return request is approved, Mannat Couture will bear the cost of reverse shipping. A prepaid return label will be provided.
Customers must ensure the product is securely packed to avoid further damage during transit.
8. Exchange Policy
Exchanges are offered in the following situations:

10. Replacements for Damaged/Incorrect Products

We will replace the product at no additional cost, subject to successful verification and return conditions being met.
11. No Partial Returns
We do not support partial returns or refunds. If you purchased multiple items and only one is defective, only that item is eligible for replacement.
12. No Restocking Fees
We do not charge any restocking fees for approved returns or exchanges.
13. Custom Orders
Custom and personalized orders are final sale and not eligible for return, refund, or exchange. This includes products made to your specific measurements or design preferences.
However, if you receive the wrong product or incorrect size compared to your order, we will replace it after verification.
14. Gift Returns
We do not offer returns or exchanges for gifted items. All policies apply to the original purchaser of the product.
15. International Returns
Mannat Couture does not currently offer international shipping. If launched in the future:
